Workshops and events in Sintra, in nature
The agenda brings together the dates of Flora Flow’s six practices in Colares: Art & Botanicals, Dance & Movement, Therapies & Wellbeing, Spirituality & Connection, Community & Culture and Children & Families. Each date has its own page, which links to the practice and to who leads it.
How booking works
Every event has its own page, with the date, the time, the place, the price and a booking button. For now, the button opens WhatsApp with the message already written, and you agree the details in the chat. When an event has online payment, the button takes you to a secure payment page where you can pay by card, MB WAY or Multibanco.

Workshops for groups
On the Anaisis Bellydance website, Ana makes an invitation: join at least 7 friends and propose a date and place for a workshop. See the Dance & Movement page and write to us on WhatsApp with the date and the number of people.

What kind of events happen at Flora Flow?
The first dates, for workshops and retreats, open in January 2027. The planned formats are regular gatherings, events and celebrations, one- or multi-day retreats and family programmes. On the Anaisis Bellydance website, Ana also announces a monthly circle and women's retreats at Flora Flow, Rua dos Brejos, Colares.

Not yet: the first dates open in January 2027. From then on, confirmed dates appear on this page, in the “Next” list, with the day and the time. If there is nothing for this weekend, write to us on WhatsApp to hear about the next one.
How do I book a place?
Open the event’s page and tap the Book button. For now, booking is done on WhatsApp, with the message already written.
How much does a workshop or retreat cost?
The price varies from event to event and is shown on each date's page, next to the booking button.
Can I book a workshop just for my group?
Yes, for groups of at least 7 people: propose a date and Ana gives a belly dance workshop just for you, at Flora Flow or at a place you suggest. Hen parties are welcome too. For other practices, ask us on WhatsApp.
