A creative community in Sintra
We want to bring together people who enjoy creating, learning and spending time in nature. Come with an idea, an artistic practice or simply a wish to meet others.
Inclusion and the freedom to be yourself are part of Flora Flow’s vision. Each gathering will have its own format and participation conditions.
Bringing people together, with care for nature
We want gatherings to care for the relationships between people and for the place that welcomes them. Local and reused materials, less waste and respect for nature guide what we are preparing.
Cultural gatherings: music, performances and conversations
Events and celebrations are among the planned formats: music, performances, makers' markets, seasonal gatherings, community dinners and cultural collaborations. They are planned formats, not a fixed calendar: confirmed dates appear in the Flora Flow events agenda.
Seasonal gatherings connect with the celebrations of natural cycles, which have their own page: spirituality and connection.
Shared meals and community dinners
Sharing a table is one way to get to know each other. Shared meals and community dinners are among the formats we want to bring to Flora Flow.
There are no confirmed dates yet. Once each gathering is ready, we will share its programme and participation conditions.
Collaborations between artists, therapists and educators
Flora Flow grows through the people who share its spirit, and collaborations between artists, therapists and educators are part of this practice. If you have a project, a workshop, music or an idea for a makers' market, propose it: for questions or collaborations, write to us through the contact page or on WhatsApp.

For several generations

Are the gatherings for all ages?
We want to welcome people of different ages and backgrounds. Each gathering will state its recommended ages and participation conditions; children and family programmes will have their own guidance.
Are there makers' markets at Flora Flow?
Creative and makers' markets are among the planned events. When one has a date, it appears in the agenda on this website.
Where is Flora Flow?
Activities are planned for the future Flora Flow in Colares, Sintra, with opening planned for 2027. The space is not yet open. Each gathering’s location and access details will be confirmed with its date.
